Afghan Gold Seal Hash (Hashish) is produced in Afghanistan; it is a tradition. The best hash originates from the Northern provinces between the Hindu Kush and the Russian border. Small, bushy Indica plants are used for production. Afghanistan Hashish is pressed by hand, under addition of a small quantity of tea or water. Afghan Gold Seal Hash is worked on until it becomes highly elastic and has a strong aromatic smell. Black on the outside, dark greenish or brown inside. It’s absolutely incredible to add some to a joint or smoke a bit in the pipe.
Which strain is right for me?
Indica plants are typically shorter with wide leaves. The buds of an indica plant will usually be quite dense. Indica based strains are relaxing and calming. Although indica’s are associated with more bodily sensations, they also include powerful psychoactive effects. In particular these strains are often recommended for nighttime use.
Sativa plants are typically taller with long thin leaves. The bud of a sativa plant is typically less dense and somewhat feathery. Sativa’s usually come with a cerebral high feeling. Users should additionally expect physical sensation. Traditionally, sativa strains are uplifting and euphoric, which is better suited to daytime use.
Hybrid plants are a cross breed between indica and sativa plants. Very few cannabis strains are a pure indica or pure sativa. Contrarily, most strains of cannabis are a hybrid of the two. Additionally within this subset there can be indica dominant, and sativa dominant strains as well as hybrid strains that are a relatively even indica/sativa split and will offer a balanced variety of effects.
